The Hospital Capacity Game
INSTRUCTIONS
➜ In this game, your objective is to minimize the cost by planning the ward capacity in the hospital for 3 months. In the long term input, you need to fill up the OR planning and ward capacity input. You can also change the preset variables.
➜ In the short term input, you will have the schedule which uses the long term inputs. You may cancel some of the operations and improve the schedule. After completing the canceling operations, you can display the report.
➜ The report shows the cost and feasibility of your schedule. The unit costs are predefined. You may change these parameters from the settings at the end.
